Fuel Tank Removal, Gas Station Demolition and Industrial Demolition

This used to be an industrial fuel transfer facility that was deactivated and all the tanks and equipment along with the property was sold. The new owner wanted us to demolish 3 of the 5 buildings and demolish and recycle over 10 fuel tanks. This was a very challenging demolition because the tanks used to have gasoline and diesel in them and they needed to be vented prior to any cutting to avoid any explosion.

Commercial Building with Concrete Foundation and Parking Lot

This was a 5,000 SF building in Houston that had a fire accident in the past and overtime it became a nuisance since the building could collapse and hurt someone. The city of Houston decided to condemn the building and the property owner hired us to demolish the building and do a heavy cleanup.
